By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

RiyaFoods sells fresh fruit such as apples, pineapples, mangoes and other seasonal produce for delivery within our serviceable areas.

2. Orders

• Placing an order through this website is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock or the delivery address is outside our service area).
• Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change day to day based on market rates and season.
• Quantities for items sold by weight are approximate; small natural variation between the ordered and delivered weight may occur.

3. Pricing and payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery and UPI/online payment confirmed over a call. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A delivery fee may apply below the minimum free-delivery order value shown on the Cart page.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic or availability of fresh stock. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns and refunds

Because fruit is perishable, our approach to returns and refunds is described separately in our Refund Policy.

6. Website use

• You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RiyaFoods will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or delay in delivery beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
